Pork Strips Sous Vide



Ingredients
2 Lbs pork; I used Pork Shoulder

Directions
Prepare the marinade following the recipe at Marinade
Slice the pork shoulder into ¼" strips
Place the pork strips in a plastic bag with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
Prepare the sous vide water bath by heating the water to 145° F
Place the bag with the marinated pork in the water bath
Allow it to cook for two hours

Second Phase - Searing the Pork Strips
Heat ½ tablespoon olive oil in a large heavy skillet over medium heat.
When the oil is shimmering, add the pork strips and sear until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side
Serve with side dishes of your choice
