Marinade
Ingredients
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
Combine the ingredients, mixing until thoroughly combined.
Pour the marinade over the steak in a zip-top bag or non-metal dish.
Marinate the steak for 1-8 hours, then cook the steak as desired.
