Yakisoba Sauce


Ingredients
1 t Sake
1 t Mirin
1 t Soy Sauce
1 t Tonkatsu Sauce *1
1.5 t Worcestershire Wauce
1 t Oyster Sauce
1 t Tomato Catchup
1 t Sugar
Pinch Salt and Pepper

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Use a small whisk to mix well.
Keep the sauce in an air tight container and refrigerate.
Notes
If you can not access to Tonakatsu sauce, add 1 tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce instead.

Yield
This recipe makes about 1/2 cup Yakisoba Sauce which is for three portions of Yakisoba noodle.
