Simple Oil and Baslamic Vinegar Dressing



Ingredients
¾ cup light olive oil
¼ cup white balsamic vinegar
1 garlic clove minced
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
¾ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon honey or ¼ teaspoon sugar

Directions
Whisk all ingredients in a mixing bowl until throughly combined and oil and vinegar are emulsified.
Transfer to a glass jar with a lid, and store in refrigerator.
Shake well before serving.
