Stir Fry MarinadeIngredients 1 lb any meat ½ t Kosher Salt 1 t Light soy sauce of shoyu 1 t Shaoping Wine or Dry Sherry ½ t Sugar ½ t Cornstarch Pinch of Ground White Pepper Pinch of MSG ½ t Baking Soda 1 t Peanut, Rice Bran or other Neutral Oil Directions Place meat in medium bowl Cover with cold water and vigorously agitate it Drain through a fine mesh strainer Set in sink and press on the meat to remove excess water Return meat to bowl Add the remaining marinade ingredients and stir vigorously for 30 seconds Set aside at room temperature for 15-30 minutes or in the fridge up to overnight before stir-frying Return to the Fullbean Recipes Main Page
