Spaghetti SauceYield - 1 ½ cupsIngredients ½ cup minced Onions sautéed in butter 2 tablespoons Olive oil 1 14 ounce can Italian tomatoes 2 tablespoons red cooking wine ½ teaspoon Oregano 1 teaspoon Basil 1 minced Garlic clove (½ teaspoon) 1 tablespoon chopped Parsley 1 tablespoon Sugar 1 teaspoon Sumac 2 Bay leaves ½ teaspoon Rosemary ½ teaspoon Marjoram ½ teaspoon Thyme ½ teaspoon Savory Directions Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
