Pearl Barley

400 Grams/2 cups Pearl Barley
700 Grams/6 cups Water
2 Tablespoons Clam Liquid Boullion
Garlic, Bay, Pepper

Dissolve Clam Boullion in Water
Add Pearl Barley to Boiling Water
Cook at low boil for 25 Minutes
Drain any excess water

800 grams/4 cups
