Oven-roasted Okra

1 pound Okra
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Place the sliced Okra on a foil-lined baking sheet
Season with Salt and Pepper to taste
Drizzle Olive Oil over the Okra or spray it with a mist of Olive Oil
I have a convection oven. Using the convection feature, I roasted the Okra
Roast/bake for 15 minutes at 425° F
