Indonesian Sauce for Noodles

Ingredients
2 T kecap manis (or dark sweet soy sauce)
2 t light soy sauce
2 t dark soy sauce or more light soy sauce
1 T oyster sauce
2 T ketchup
1 t sambal oelak, chili paste or Sriracha (adjust spiciness to taste)
2 tsp sesame oil
2 t Tajin Chili powder
2 T peanut oil
2 t powdered onion
1 T malt vinegar

Directions
Heat mixture over low heat for blending
Store unused sauce in a refrigerated jar for one week
