Chimichurri Sauce

2 garlic cloves
½ cup packed cilantro
½ cup packed parsley
¼ cup olive oil
2 T lemon or lime juice
½ t salt
½ t lemon zest
¼ t crushed red pepper

Chop garlic
Chop all ingredients in a blender
Place ingredients with beef in a sealed plastic bag
Close bag, coating the steaks
Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours
Remove steaks from the bag
Pat dry
Grill steaks to taste
