Air Fryer BreadIngredients 240 ml Warm water 1 t Sugar 6.5 g Fast-acting yeast 48 g vegetable oil 1 t Salt 400 g Whole grain flour Directions Heat the water to 115°F in a microwave for 20 seconds Proof yeast by placing the sugar and the yeast in a glass with 20 ml of water at 115°F Allow the proofed yeast to begin reacting Combine all ingredients Place dough in a silicone loaf plan and place in air fryer set to dehydrate at 100°F for 2 hours Allow dough to rise Optional Step After initial rise, remove dough from air fryer and knead adding flour if necessary Score dough with razor blade if desired Preheat air fryer to 390 °F Reinsert dough to air fryer and bake at 390°F for 25-30 minutes Using a probe thermometer, confirm that the internal temperature of the bread is at least 205°F If not, continue baking and checking temperature Remove bread and place on a cooling rack Wait at least 10 minutes before slicing Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=92EdEg1FYBg (modified) |
