Egg Fried RiceIngredients 5 cups fried rice 5 large eggs ¼ teaspoon paprika ¼ teaspoon turmeric 3 tablespoons roasted sesame oil (divided) 1 medium onion ½ red bell pepper, finely chopped 1 ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon sugar ¼ teaspoon black pepper 2 scallions Directions Fluff cooked rice and allow to cool Beat 3 eggs in a bowl Beat 2 eggs in a separate bowl adding 2 tablespoons water, paprika and turmeric Place 2 tablespoons of roasted sesame oil in a wok and add 3 beaten eggs, scrambling them Remove from wok In a hot wok, place 1 tablespoon of roasted sesame oil along with diced onion and bell pepper Stir fry for 1-2 minutes Add rice and continue to stir fry for another 2 minutes Pour the uncooked egg and spice mixture over the rice, and stir-fry for about 1 minute, until all of the rice grains are coated in egg Return to the Fullbean Recipes Main Page
